Half day is four hours, full day is eight, and an evening runs 6pm to 11pm. Every block includes setup and strike, the AV listed below, and a duty manager for the whole booking. Catering and bar are quoted separately.

These are the arrangements we build most often. If you need something else, ask.
Theatre
Rows facing the screen. The densest option, best for talks and screenings.
Classroom
Rows with tables, so people can take notes or work along with you.
Islands
Clustered tables for group work and breakout sessions.
Standing
Open floor with high tables and the bar down one side. Built for mingling.
Long table
One seated table down the middle of the room, for dinners of up to forty.
What comes with the room.
- Projector and screen, or a 4K wall display
- PA, two handheld microphones and a lapel
- Stage lighting and dimmable house lights
- Tables, chairs and high tables to your setup
- Still and sparkling water, coffee and tea
- A duty manager for the whole booking, and setup and strike either side
We work with two kitchens and a bar team in each city, so you can run anything from coffee and pastries to a seated dinner. Send us the brief and we will quote it with the room.
